Rosvik Gallery - Terms & Conditions

By making your booking you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions as laid out below. Please ensure that you read through them thoroughly before making your payment.

Please note that courses are not transferrable – i.e. if you find that you are unable to attend a course you have booked, it cannot be automatically transferred to a different session or course. Please contact us as soon as you are aware that you won’t be able to attend and we’ll do our best to organise an alternative if a place is available and there is no-one on the waiting list.

Also, your place cannot be transferred by you to another artist if you find you are unable to attend. Due to very high demand for courses we run waiting lists for each session and cancelled places are offered strictly in order to those on the waiting list. Non-compliance with this may result in disappointment and lost fees.

Course numbers

Each course is subject to a maximum number of attendees in order to maintain the best outcome for each attendee.

Each course is also subject to a minimum number of attendees in order that it is viable to run. We reserve the right to cancel a course if the minimum number is not reached, and will refund the relevant fee in full under these circumstances.

Making Payment

All paint-ins must be paid for by online transfer and our sort code and account details will be clearly stated on your invoice. Please note that these might differ from account details that you have previously used for other courses, so please ensure that you use the details on your invoice, as any payment sent to the wrong account cannot be acknowledged as received.

When paying for your course please use the invoice number as your reference so that we can clearly identify and acknowledge your payment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that the courses have to be booked well in advance of the dates that they occur, and that sometimes things crop up that mean that you might not be able to attend. Whilst we try to be as flexible as possible with regard to cancellations, they do incur a large administration overhead so we have regretfully had to implement a more stringent cancellation policy.

Any booking change or cancellation giving more than 30 days’ notice will be refundable subject to a £30 administration fee, but any cancellation giving less than 30 days’ notice will not be refunded.
